This is a view from Niiharu Craft Village. The mountains on one side of the village were snow covered but on the other side they were not. It was very cold and overcast, even though it was April but there were lots of beautiful flowers blooming. The people here specialize in native crafts but also do a lot of farming and soba-making (big fat noodles).
